Essential for Holiday Travel

Baggallini Wallet Bag It is that time of year again.  Time to pack up some stuff and head out to visit the family.  Whether you travel for an hour in the car or days in planes, trains and automobiles, most of us will do some traveling in the next 6 weeks.  The funny thing is that my favorite travel accessory is not the main bag I use (or one of the many “secondary bags” that seem to creep into the pile).  Nope, the best thing that I ever did for myself was purchase a Wallet Bagg from Baggallini.  It is light-weight, flat and has just enough room to fit the credit cards, money and lipstick that I need, plus my iPhone, and camera.  You can wear it cross-body or slide it into just about any other bag that you have already packed to capacity.  Did I mention that it is thin?  It comes in 9 colors so that you can choose a basic color, or one a little more vibrant, like Tomato (red).  If you are not traveling this year, this would make a great present for someone who traveled to see you.  It will certainly make their return trip easier.

Fun Holiday Gift Idea

eBags Parlour Pouches Green I am a girl with an eye for a bargain, especially in this economy where every penny counts.  So when I discovered the eBags Parlour Pouches last year, I knew that I had found a great, unique gift idea.  I purchased a few sets (each set comes with three pouches), filled each one with Hershey’s Kisses and gave them to my daughters’ teachers as a little “thank you”.  I still hear about how much they love the bags and how handy they are.  In fact, the girls’ new teachers are hoping for the same this year.  This is also my new favorite gift for gift exchanges where the recipient is unknown, and my nieces in high school will likely get one this year, but I may add a gift card to theirs.  There is even a green set which is perfect for the holiday season.  In this busy season, anything that I can do to simplify is key, so hopefully this will give you some ideas as you make your gift lists.  They also make great “end of the school year” gifts.  Enjoy!
