I can get a soda can or water bottle, 2 or 3 100 calorie packs or equivalent size snacks, a piece of fruit (depending on the main dish), and a main dish in there (frozen meal, leftovers in a container, or sandwiches). I can also fit in utensils and napkins if necessary in the mesh velcro pouch.

Before I purchased the eBags Slim Lunch Box, I had my eye on the eBags Lunch Cooler. I ended up with the slim box because I needed something that would fit in my tote and in a small fridge.
