TAMPA, FL — Today, I’m celebrating the E-companies at the top of their game in customer service.
Hunting for bargains and helping viewers with returns, I communicate with more than two dozen companies per week. Based on my personal experience and viewer feedback, I’ve compiled a list profiling the online companies who come out on top.
Yesterday, I profiled the companies with the worst customer service, so I consider today’s list of a breath of fresh air. Accompanying each company on this list, you’ll also find the top deal or top coupon available at this company today (after all, this is Ways 2 Save)!

Top Online Retailers:
This company has what is arguably the best return policy and top price-matching policy anywhere in the country. They will match a price if an item EVER has a price-drop elsewhere, they pay return shipping and offer free shipping on every order. Their customer service agents are knowledgable and regular sales have made the goods at this luxury company more affordable.
2) Omaha Steaks
Why? Did you know you can order their meat, seafood, appetizers and desserts 24 hours per day? Customer service agents are knowledgable and helpful. They carefully monitor social media and are on top of any shipping issue that could ever arise. Out of more than three dozen orders, I encountered one problem, which was actually a UPS problem. I contacted Omaha Steaks and they had a completely new and complimentary order delivered to me 48 hours later. They have an A+ in my books .
It’s truly refreshing to find a daily deal company that gives all discount retailers something to aspire to in the customer service department. Quick responses on Twitter, constant sales, incredible prices and store-wide free shipping make this website a dream. Whether you’reshopping for Uggs, North Face or a no-name brand at 90% off, out of four years shopping at 6pm regularly, I’ve never had a problem.
You’d think that a company allowing people to dine at local restaurants for 80% off might not have the best customer service agents, but I’ve been blow away by the people behind Restaurant.com. They carefully monitor social media, respond to emails incredibly quickly (considering how many they receive) and their U.S.-based customer service agents are extremely friendly. Out of almost four dozen different orders, I had one tiny issue which was the restaurant’s fault. Restaurant.com immediately issued me a new gift certificate and $25 extra dining dollars for the inconvenience.
I’m not surprised this discount luggage e-store has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. The prices are the lowest in their class , the sales are constant and customer service is outstanding. Ebags has handled more than a thousand Ways 2 Save viewer orders without a single complaint. They have an “Elite” rating with Stella Service (a company that grades customer service) and their phone representatives are phenomenal!
